1. About This Shop

These Terms of Service govern your use of adelepo.com and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. This shop is operated by Adele Pozelaite, based in Vilnius, Lithuania, reachable at adele.pozelaite@gmail.com.

2. Products

All items sold in this shop are handmade or one-of-a-kind (OOAK) art dolls. As such:

  • Each piece is unique and may differ slightly from any reference photos used during a commission process.

  • Colours may appear slightly different on screen depending on your device's display settings.

  • Dolls are decorative art objects intended for adult collectors. They are not toys and are not suitable for children under 14.

  • All dimensions, weights, and materials listed are approximate.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are binding once payment is confirmed.

  • We accept payment via most credit cards, PayPal, Stripe, bank transfer.

  • Prices are listed in EUR. For buyers outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the buyer's responsibility.

  • We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is no longer available or if a pricing error occurred, in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.

4. Custom & Commission Orders

  • Commission requests are subject to a separate agreement confirmed in writing (email) before work begins.

  • A non-refundable deposit of [e.g. 50%] is required to begin work on a commission.

  • The remaining balance is due before shipment.

  • As custom work is made to your specifications, it is not eligible for return unless it arrives damaged (see our Return Policy).

  • Completion timelines are estimates. Handmade work takes time, and we will keep you updated on progress.

5. Shipping

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure it is correct - we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address.

  • Estimated dispatch times are listed on each product page. These are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Once handed to the carrier, delivery times are outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by postal services or customs.

  • All orders are shipped with tracked postage. Tracking information will be shared once dispatched.

  • Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders where available.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, photographs, designs, and content on this shop - including images of all dolls - are the exclusive intellectual property of Adele Pozelaite. You may not reproduce, copy, sell, or use any content without written permission. Purchasing a doll does not transfer any copyright or reproduction rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by EU law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question. We are not responsible for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Damage caused by improper handling or storage of the item after delivery

  • Losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, postal strikes, etc.)

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as an EU consumer.

8. Privacy

We collect and process personal data (name, address, email) solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not share your data with third parties beyond what is necessary for shipping and payment processing. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.

9. Disputes & Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. In the event of a dispute, we will always try to resolve it amicably first - please contact us at adele.pozelaite@gmail.com. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may refer the matter to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order is the one that applies to your purchase.
